The Georgian project began with an assessment of climate, soil and water conditions and the adaptation of the Cherasco Method to the local production environment. Technical calendars and operating practices were developed for the territory rather than copied from Italy.
Training and field assistance supported the creation of local skills while production capacity, processing and institutional relationships developed in parallel.

- adaptation and transfer of the Cherasco production protocol;

- relationships with local institutions and public bodies.
From pilot production to an organised national model.
The project demonstrates how field production, operator qualification, processing technology and institutional organisation can be developed as parts of the same system. Its value lies not only in cultivated hectares, but in the local capabilities created to manage and extend the supply chain.
