The Moroccan project was structured around an initial production phase and a progressive expansion plan. The objective was to connect primary production to reproduction capacity, the supply of young snails and food-processing infrastructure.
The intervention combined farming areas, a reproduction and incubation facility and a dedicated processing unit, planned to grow in successive phases.
