These will be two days completely dedicated to training to acquire all the skills required for the job of snail farmer in the sign of Snail Method Cherasco with important insights related to the Short Natural Cycle.
The first day will be dedicated to construction techniques and plant management, while on the second day all health, commercial, and tax regulations will be addressed.
The course, essential in compliance with the Breeding Regulations to be part of the Supply Chain, has a cost of 400 euros + VAT, a fee that allows the participation of 3 people.
