Appointment on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th February 2023 for two days completely dedicated to training to acquire all the necessary skills to start working as a snail farmer following the Snail Cherasco Method.

The first day will be dedicated to construction techniques and plant management, while on the second day all health, commercial, and tax regulations will be addressed.
The course, essential in compliance with the Breeding Regulations to be part of the Supply Chain, has a cost of 400 euros + VAT, a fee that allows the participation of 3 people.
