Reservations are open for the Free Information Day on Saturday, July 16, the last one before the summer break in August.
Our Information Day is the first fundamental step to enter the world of Snail Farming and to discover all the potential of heliciculture as a source of income.
FIRST PART.
From 9 am to 1 pm. Theoretical Lines.
University of Gastronomic Sciences, Corte Albertina via Amedeo di Savoia 8, Pollenzo – BRA –
Guided by Simone Sampò and technicians from the Institute, you will delve into Heliciculture 4.0 at the prestigious headquarters of the University where our Breeding Regulations were born. Theory, technique, and cost analysis.
SECOND PART.
From 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Visit to the facilities and the Muller extraction process. Snail Farming Center, Corso Luigi Einaudi 40, Cherasco. After the theory, you will go out in the field to learn about the snail's spiral path: mucus extraction, gastronomy, cosmetics.
