We are happy to announce the new date of our Free Information Days at the main headquarters of our Institute in PIEDMONT!
We look forward to seeing you on SATURDAY, JUNE 18 from 9 am to 4.30 pm.
Our Information Day is the first fundamental step to enter the world of Snail Farming and to discover all the potential of heliciculture as a source of income.
FIRST PART.
From 9 am to 1 pm. Theoretical Lines.
University of Gastronomic Sciences, Corte Albertina via Amedeo di Savoia 8, Pollenzo – BRA –

Guided by Simone Sampò and the technicians of the Institute, you will delve into Snail Farming 4.0 at the prestigious headquarters of the University where our Breeding Regulations were born. Theory, technique, and cost analysis.

SECOND PART.
From 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Visit to the facilities and the Muller extraction process. Snail Farming Hub, Corso Luigi Einaudi 40, Cherasco. After the theory, we will move to the field to learn about the helical path of the Snail: extraction of slime, gastronomy, cosmetics.
