Our Information Day is the first fundamental step to enter the world of Snail Farming and to discover all the potential of heliciculture as a source of income.
FIRST PART.
From 9 am to 1 pm. Theoretical Lines.
University of Gastronomic Sciences, Corte Albertina via Amedeo di Savoia 8, Pollenzo – BRA –
Guided by Simone Sampò and the technicians of the Institute, you will delve into Heliciculture 4.0 at the prestigious headquarters of the University where our Breeding Regulations were born. Theory, technique, and cost analysis.
SECOND PART.
From 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Visit to the plants and to the Muller extraction process. Snail Hub, Corso Luigi Einaudi 40, Cherasco. After the theory, we will move to the field to learn about the spiral path of the Snail: extraction of mucus, gastronomy, cosmetics.
