Free reservations are open for our new Free Information Day, at the headquarters of UNISG - University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo. From theoretical sessions to the visit of the Snail Farming Center in Cherasco and to the production sites of Italian Lumacheria up to the farms.

Our Information Day is the first fundamental step to enter the world of Snails and to discover all the potential of snail farming as a source of income.

FIRST PART.
From 9 to 12.30. Theoretical Lines.
University of Gastronomic Sciences, Corte Albertina via Amedeo di Savoia 8, Pollenzo – BRA –
Guided by Simone Sampò and the Institute's staff, you will delve into Snail Farming 4.0 at the prestigious headquarters of the University where our Breeding Regulations were born. Theory, technique and cost analysis.

SECOND PART.
From 14 to 16. Visit to the facilities and extraction laboratory Muller. Snail Farming Hub, Corso Luigi Einaudi 40, Cherasco. After the theory, we will move to the field to learn about the helical path of the Snail: slime extraction, gastronomy, cosmetics.
