Our Information Day is the first fundamental step to enter the world of Snail Farming and to discover all the potential of heliciculture as a source of income.
FIRST PART.
From 9 am to 1 pm. Theoretical Lines.
University of Gastronomic Sciences, Corte Albertina via Amedeo di Savoia 8, Pollenzo – BRA –
Guided by Simone Sampò and the technicians of the Institute, you will delve into Heliciculture 4.0 at the prestigious headquarters of the University where our Breeding Regulations were born. Theory, technique, and cost analysis.
SECOND PART.
From 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Visit to the plants and the Muller extraction process. Snail Farming Hub, Corso Luigi Einaudi 40, Cherasco. After the theory, you will move to the field to learn about the snail's spiral path: slime extraction, gastronomy, cosmetics.
