Our Information Day is the first fundamental step to enter the world of Snails and to discover all the potential of snail farming as a source of income.

FIRST PART.
From 9 to 12.30. Theoretical Lines.

Guided by Simone Sampò and the staff of the Institute, you will delve into Snail Farming 4.0 at the prestigious headquarters of the University where our Breeding Regulations were born. Theory, technique, and cost analysis.

SECOND PART.
From 14 to 16. Visit to the facilities and to the Muller extraction laboratory. Snail Farming Hub, Corso Luigi Einaudi 40, Cherasco. After the theory, we will move on to the field to learn about the helical path of the Snail: mucus extraction, gastronomy, cosmetics.
