New Information Day: Saturday, February 11th, 2023

Free reservations are open for our new Free Information Day, from the theoretical lines at the headquarters of UNISG - University of Gastronomic Sciences to the visit of the Snail Farming Center in Cherasco, to the production sites of Italian Lumacheria and farms.

Our Information Day is the first fundamental step to enter the world of Snails and to discover all the potential of snail farming as a source of income.

FIRST PART.
From 9 am to 12.30 pm. Theoretical Lines.
University of Gastronomic Sciences, Corte Albertina via Amedeo di Savoia 8, Pollenzo – BRA –
Guided by Simone Sampò and the technicians of the Institute you will delve into Snail Farming 4.0 at the prestigious headquarters of the University where our Breeding Specifications were born. Theory, technique and cost analysis.

SECOND PART.
From 2 pm to 4 pm. Visit to the facilities and the Muller extraction laboratory. Snail Farming Hub, Corso Luigi Einaudi 40, Cherasco. After the theory, we will move to the field to learn about the helical path of the Snail: mucus extraction, gastronomy, cosmetics.
