Free reservations are open for our new Free Information Day, at the headquarters of UNISG - University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo. From theoretical lectures to visiting the Snail Farming Center in Cherasco and the production sites of Italian Lumacheria up to the breeding facilities.

Our Information Day is the first fundamental step to enter the world of Snails and to discover all the potential of snail farming as a source of income.

FIRST PART.
From 9am to 12.30pm. Theoretical Lines.
University of Gastronomic Sciences, Corte Albertina via Amedeo di Savoia 8, Pollenzo – BRA –
Guided by Simone Sampò and the staff of the Institute, you will delve into Snail Farming 4.0 at the prestigious headquarters of the University where our Breeding Disciplinary was born. Theory, technique, and cost analysis.

SECOND PART.
From 2pm to 4pm. Visit to the facilities and to Muller extraction laboratory. Snail Farming Hub, Corso Luigi Einaudi 40, Cherasco. After the theory, we will move on to the field to learn about the spiral path of the Snail: mucus extraction, gastronomy, cosmetics.
