FREE INFORMATION DAY IN CHERASCO
The appointment is for Saturday, November 20th from 9 am at the Accademia della Chiocciola in via Sant'Iffredo 8.
Morning session in the classroom to cover all the theoretical information accompanied by the Institute's staff: what is snail farming Chiocciola Method Cherasco, what are the first steps to take, what are the entrepreneurial opportunities and success guarantees.
In the afternoon visit to the Snail Farming Center and to the storage departments, extraction of slime with the Muller Process, cosmetic and food transformation, visit to the digitalized facilities of Breeding 4.0.
