FREE INFORMATION DAY IN CHERASCO
The appointment is for Saturday, December 4th starting at 9 am at the Snail Academy in via Sant'Iffredo 8.
Morning session in the classroom to address all theoretical information accompanied by the Institute's staff: what is Chiocciola Cherasco Snail Heliciculture, what are the first steps to take, what are the entrepreneurial potentials and guarantees of success.
In the afternoon, visit to the Heliciculture Hub and to the storage departments, extraction of slime with the Muller Process, cosmetic and food transformation, visit to the digitized facilities of Breeding 4.0.
