Guided by Simone Sampò and the technicians of the Institute, you will delve into Snail Farming 4.0 at the prestigious headquarters of the University where our Breeding Regulations were born. Theory, technique, and cost analysis.

SECOND PART. From 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Visit to the plants and the Muller extraction process. Snail Farming Center, Corso Luigi Einaudi 40, Cherasco. After the theory, we will move onto the field to learn about the snail's spiral path: mucus extraction, gastronomy, cosmetics.
