Morning session in the classroom to address all the theoretical information accompanied by the Institute's staff: what is Chiocciola Method Cherasco heliciculture, what are the first steps to take, what are the entrepreneurial potentials and guarantees of success.
In the afternoon visit to the Heliciculture Center and to the storage departments, extraction of slime with the Muller Process, cosmetic and food transformation, visit to the digitalized facilities of Farming 4.0.
