Morning session in the classroom to address all theoretical information accompanied by the Institute's staff: what is the Chiocciola Snail Farming Cherasco Method, what are the first steps to take, what are the entrepreneurial opportunities and guarantees of success.
In the afternoon visit to the Snail Farming Hub and to the storage departments, extraction of slime with the Muller Process, cosmetic and food transformation, visit to the digitalized facilities of Livestock 4.0.
