In the context of Sagrissima, an event dedicated to the culinary excellences of our beautiful country, on Saturday, April 20, 2024 our Director Simone Sampò will guide the guests in discovering the world of Chiocciola Metodo Cherasco from the facilities to the table!

Certain of the strength of the helical economy, the Itinera Project was born with the aim of networking throughout Italy and bringing new realities closer to the entrepreneurial world of heliciculture: the meeting, free and by reservation, is essential to get into the heart of the Short Cycle of Snail Cherasco Method, gather all useful information and economic data and discover the great entrepreneurial potential of this continuously expanding sector!

Appointment at NUOVO CINEMA CORSO in via Giacomo Matteotti 5 in Finale Emilia starting from 9.30 am.

The Director Simone Sampò, the leading expert in the field, will offer guests an experience rich in information and sharing.

On stage will also be the Vice President of ANE Valentino Rossetto with the case history of the Company The three snails from Sossano (VI), snail farmers of CMC Supply Chain and point of reference in Veneto.

Furthermore, from April 19th to 21st, Valentino Rossetto with his sisters Chiara and Marta will be available to welcome you at the SAGRISSIMA stand dedicated to the company Le Tre Chiocciole, which represents one of the best Snail Farms in Cherasco Method in Italy: you will be able to discover their world ranging from breeding, gastronomy, to slime extraction and cosmetics.
