The first is the economic crisis also due to the corona virus, the other is the inexorable growth of the population which in just 30 years will demand - for example - a 100% increase in demand for meat production. A visionary but at the same time extremely concrete solution - an economic, human and social project - emerged during the conference "Research tools for a digital development of helical economy" promoted by the International Institute of Heliciculture of Cherasco chaired by Simone Sampò and staged this morning at the headquarters of Confindustria Cuneo - led by Dr. Giuliana Cirio who welcomed guests, launching a message full of enthusiasm for this initiative.
