The Technical On The Job Training is a two-day course dedicated to technical training in the field and in-depth analysis of regulatory, health and commercial aspects. The first day is dedicated to the construction of a fence and all phases related to the placement of nets, preparation of the land, sowing, introduction of breeders, feeding. During the second day, techniques for purging and packaging the product are explored, as well as labeling procedures and disposal.
All commercial and tax information is then examined, along with relationships with the Health Authority (ASL) and the various possibilities for creating a gastronomic and cosmetic line under Private Label.
The cost of On the Job training is €400 + VAT per farm with a maximum of 3 participants per farm.
