9-10 September 2020 "Technical Field Training

New opportunity to participate in the ON THE JOB Course - Technical training in the field!
The appointment is scheduled for Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th September 2020 at the headquarters of the Snail Academy in via Sant’Iffredo 8 in Cherasco.

Two days dedicated to technical field training in contact with the best professionals in the sector.

The first day is dedicated to building a fence and all phases of net placement, soil bedding, sowing, introduction of breeders, feeding. During the second day, the techniques of purging and packaging of the product are deepened, all commercial and tax information is addressed, relationships with the ASL and the possibility of creating a Gastronomic and Cosmetic Line in Private Label.

The On The Job course costs €400 + VAT per farm (3 people per farm).
