On The Job Technical Training is a two-day course dedicated to technical field training and in-depth study of regulatory, health, and commercial aspects.
The first day is dedicated to building a fence and all the phases dedicated to the placement of nets, soil preparation, sowing, introduction of breeders, feeding.
During the second day, techniques for purging and packaging the product are deepened, as well as labeling and disposal procedures.
Then all commercial and fiscal information is deepened, relationships with the Local Health Authority (ASL) and an in-depth look at the possibility of creating a gastronomic and cosmetic Private Label line.
The cost of On the Job training is €400 + VAT per farm with a maximum of 3 participants per farm.
