The first step to benefit from all services:
Upon annual registration with the National Heliciculturists Association (ANE) by paying the membership fee of 120 euros, the snail farmer will be entitled to:
- Remote technical assistance
- Guaranteed collection of production
- Price lists for the purchase of machinery for the extraction of slime
- Possibility to produce Food Line and Cosmetic Line under their own brand
- Sharing of the educational project F-Heliciculture
- Communication and promotion through the channels of the Institute
- Communication network among snail farmers
- Ongoing updates
SOIL ANALYSIS
The Analyses serve to establish the
pH and the Soil Texture, that is,
the chemical and organic characteristics of the soil that will
determine which seeds and plants will be most suitable for each
specific case and will give us the necessary indications to
"correct" any defects.
200 gr of soil taken at a depth of 20 cm every 5,000 square
meters are required.
FARM DESIGN AND
BUSINESS PLAN
The project determines the number and location of the enclosures and is integrated by the Work Schedule which serves as a guide for each step.
The Business Plan is instead the essential tool to access financing plans, PSR, credit.
ON THE JOB TRAINING
The ON THE JOB Training is a two-day course designed by the Institute for practical teaching of farm construction and for deepening the regulatory aspects that may be useful in dealing with institutions, with the Veterinary Service and with tax authorities.
